REFUND POLICY

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. No CASH Refund.
2. Exchange within 24 Hours.
3. Merchandise must either be defective or in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items tried on to see whether they fit are not considered used, but we reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage, or upon grounds of hygiene. Products under jewellery and swimwear cannot be returned once sold.

We appreciate the trust the client gives us while purchasing under this module,We'll in turn handle client's preferences with utmost care & diligence.

​4 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY.

1)Wrong sizing.

Client can exchange items for reason of wrong sizing for either a smaller or larger fit of EXACT item purchased.

Store must be notified immediately upon receipt of wrong sizing.

2)Item defect

We do our best to avoid sending defective items. In the unfortunate circumstance of this occurrence, client may exchange product. Store should be notified of defect, immediately upon receipt. Item will be inspected for rightful defect and exchange given of exact item in good condition.

Where defect is found to be less than rightful, Store reserves the right to refuse return.

3)Sold out Item

Client may exchange item. If item ordered is sold out & will not be restocked.

4) Wrong Item shipped

Client may exchange item wrongfully shipped for rightful items ordered. Client should notify store immediately upon receipt of error. All costs in lieu of exchange will be borne by the store.

All costs in lieu of exchange are borne solely by the client, except instances where the store has errored, in which case costs will be born by the store.

Returns/exchange policy will be executed WITHOUT FAIL AS IS,devoid of emotions,bias or favoritism to ensure professionalism and cordial relations.
